WMS Warehouse RGPO Process
Returned Goods POs (RGPO) are processed using the Mobile Inventory Receiving feature. WMS Warehouses should follow the process as outlined below for RGPOs.
Process Summary
A special “Returned Goods” receiving bin is used to process RGPOs. Items being returned to the manufacturer or vendor are moved into the “Returned Goods” receiving bin before opening and processing the RGPO in the Mobile Inventory app.
