Multiple Document Types¶

Strict Purchase/Transfer Minimums (50% Rule)¶

If the item has less than 50% of the quantity needed to meet the quantity identified in the purchase or transfer in units of, it will not be purchased.

Example:

The purchase/transfer in units of = 10

If 3 of the item is needed, the item will not be ordered. If 5 of the item is needed, 10 of the item will be ordered. If 7 of the item is needed, 10 of the item will be ordered.

If 13 of the item is needed, 10 of the item will be ordered. (Only one purchase unit is met.). If 15 of the item is needed, 20 of the item will be ordered. If 17 of the item is needed, 20 of the item will be ordered.
