Employee Clock-in/Clock-out procedures

  Access the Time Clock from the Home screen of your CDN Application.

  • Click on Actions then on Time Clock
  • You will be taken to the “Identify Yourself” screen.
  • Type your name or employee number into the Employee field.
  • Select your name from list by clicking on it.
  • Enter your password and then click “Authenticate”

  Once you have been successfully authenticated you will be taken to another screen that displays your clock-in/clock-out entries for the week.

  • Depending on the last entry made the interface will only allow either a Clock–in or Clock-out.
  • If the wrong one is activated it means the employee either forgot to clock in or out the last time.
  • If the wrong one is activated they should use it anyway and immediately follow that with the proper clock-in or Clock-out entry.
  • The admin section will then be needed to adjust the incorrect entry.
