Time Clock Batch Screen¶

Access the Time Clock Batch screen from the Thin Client left Navigation bar.

Batching a pay period's hours¶

The Time Period is defaulted to the last completed time period. The time period can be changed with the correct permission by selecting the arrows on either side of the field.
Select a location. Note: If regions are in place, the user may have to modify the Region dropdown in order to find the intended location.
Select the Search button.
Check the "I submit the above hours as accurate and complete for the specified location and date range. checkbox.
Select the Batch/Submit button.

Un-batching a pay period¶

Once a location's hours are batched, they can no longer be modified. If the time clock entries need to be modified or additional entries need to be added, the time clock batch must be unbatched first.

At the bottom of the Batch screen there is a grid that displays all of the currently batched hours. Each location can only have one batch per pay period.
Select the Un-batch link next to the batch that needs to be unbatched.
