Misc Tab¶

Calculate Sales Summary¶

This checkbox automatically calculates the sales summary for the Payroll Budgeting module.

Edit Budget Weeks¶

This option indicates how many weeks in advance a budget can be edited.

Keep transaction history¶

The dropdown allows the user to select how long ComCept should store the Jobber's records.

GL Text Export Format¶

This option specifies the export format for GL.

System notification E-Mail Address¶

This preference is used for ComCept to email our customer in case of a major issue. (Reserved for future use.)

eBusiness Technical E-Mail Address¶

ComCept uses this option to contact someone about an eBusiness issue. (Reserved for future use.)

Sales Cost to Use¶

This preference sets the costing method used for a particular location.

Consignment Message¶

This field is used to store the message that will appear on Consignments.

Maintain Transfer BackOrders¶

Sets transfer orders to be backordered automatically. When the shipping location has this preference turned on, the transfer order and transfer work order documents are set to backorder all items.

Refresh the document list screens every:¶

This setting sets the rate of which the WO processing screen refreshes.

Auto-save my current document every:¶

This setting changes the saving rate of a document currently being modified.
